瘦身是每個女士的終身事業,41歲的靚媽歐倩怡(Cindy)較早前以一級榮譽成績取得「食物及營養學榮譽理學士」,現正攻讀碩士課程,並向著註冊運動營養師的目標邁進。Cindy不時會在社交網站分享修身心得,最近她就分享8個減肚腩小貼士,鼓勵大家一起加油Keep Fit。

已為兩任媽媽的Cindy上周五(10/9)在Instagram上載了兩張照片,相片中Cindy身穿兩件頭泳裝,腰間隱約可見結實的腹肌,足以令不少女士羨慕。
Cindy開宗名義表示,要為大家分享減肚腩小貼士,表明「有好多小事情要一齊配合先可以成功又持久」,更鼓勵「大家一齊加油」。

提到減肚腩,首先要「解決便秘問題」。Cindy指出,排便有困難,是很容易形成肚腩,因此建議多喝水、多吃蔬菜水果,亦建議可以食益生菌去調整腸道健康,並訂立一個時間,每日也要讓自己去廁所,解決宿便。
要避免脂肪積聚腰際,飲食也很重要。Cindy就提醒大家,應戒食高糖食物及飲品:「如果唔係為咗運動訓練食高糖,真係好多轉曬做皮下脂肪㗎。」

歐倩怡與郭晉安在06年結婚,現時育有一仔一女,郭令山及郭以雅。Cindy婚後淡出幕前,約10年前趁工餘時間去修讀營養學,也會將所修讀的營養知識,應用在家人的日常飲食上。由於一對子女分別正值發育期,Cindy亦特別注重一對子女的營養吸收,常要耐心跟子女講解,令他們明白營養均衡的重要。
